Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant

We've known the workers and owners for years! Brothers ordered back in the day when they lived in the neighborhood and continue to do so now! For a picky family this is the BEST Chinese food restaurant. We prefer this a million times over going to Chinatown. Food is without a doubt delicious and warm with good portions although it would be nice if they had a bigger size for their ramen, I love their ramen.

The food was delicious however everything was wide open and wrapped in plastic. Since the food containers weren't properly closed, everything leaked in the bag.
I recommend to staff to put the food in more containers if the containers are full already instead of just wrapping plastic over it. I want to eat my meal not wear it.

Other then that I recommend this place.

Delivery took a few minutes longer than expected- but it was worth the wait! Delivery man was super kind, apologetic and friendly. Food was delicious, plentiful and piping hot! The Cantonese chow mein and Singapore noodles were great!

Delicious food and good packing fast delivery. When you order two items they will give you extra fortune cookie for the family member. They are so nice to customers. Honestly they deserve your support.!

The food is delicious. Amazing actually. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Portions are large and generous. My only complaint is the minimum fee being too high.
